For international and domestic Austrian road freight transport, the CMR is used, while in addition, the General Austrian Forwarders (AÖSp), promulgated in the Official Gazette of the Wiener Zeitung, as agreed. Other services are provided exclusively on the basis of AÖSp. The court of jurisdiction under Article 31 (1) CMR is either Antwerp, Amsterdam, London and Lisbon agreed.
